The 8thAnnual Scientific Conference of The Ophthalmological Society of Kenya will provide sponsors with exposure and access to delegates who have the capacity to influence the selection of products and services with their organizations. The Conference also provides you with the opportunity to demonstrate your support and commitment to Ophthalmology in general.
In order to ensure that your company can achieve its objectives by taking part in this year’s conference, a wide range of sponsorship opportunities is available. In addition to packages sponsors can also consider taking out individual items.

It is the express intention of the Congress Organizing Committee to ensure that package sponsors will receive the highest recognition in return for their generous support.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities
1. Pre-Conference Meet and Greet Cocktail
- This involves sponsoring an evening cocktail at the hotel’s garden ground on the eve of the full conference day for the delegates who will have arrived.
- The sponsor for this event to have the opportunity to brand the gala dinner venue with their corporate colours and give a brief presentation.
2. Eye Care Awards for Different Entry Categories
- These are different categories of Awards including long service for Ophthalmolgists.One person in each category will be selected and awarded a trophy and certificate.
- The sponsor for each award is given the opportunity to present the award at the Gala Dinner and give a brief speech.
3. Branding Opportunities
- This support will go towards the production of various branding materials for the congress such as banners, lanyards and conference bags among others. Other branding opportunities such as distribution of pens, writing pads and Flash disks are also welcome.
